This virtual class is scheduled from 8:30am - 4:30pm and geared for first time homebuyers who will be purchasing within one year, are currently in escrow or looking to understand the homebuying process.This HUD Approved Class is $30 per person. Key information on budgeting, credit, lending, real estate process, title, insurance and down payment assistance are covered. A HUD Certificate is provided upon completion and verification of the attendee profile and class intake. All fields in the profile must be complete prior to the scheduled class to receive the course link and certificate. By enrolling, I acknowledge and understand: I understand that the $30 per person registration fee is non-refundable. I also understand that logging in 15 minutes after the start of the course forfeits the certificate and there will be no refund. I understand the fee is $30 per person and one registration per person.
